Rich directed two episodes of the first full series of Our Girl, written by Tony Grounds. The story follows medic Molly Dawes (played by Lacey Turner) during her first deployment with the British Army as they withdraw from Afghanistan. Produced in-house by BBC Drama, filming took place in South Africa and the UK in spring 2014.
