Rattled by signs of PTSD, Smurf is the only one who understands how hard it is for Molly to settle back into normal life. She's desperate to return to the front line, but when she's finally reunited with Captain James and the team, things are far from how she left them.

Rich directed two episodes of the first full series of Our Girl, written by Tony Grounds. The story follows medic Molly Dawes (played by Lacey Turner) during her first deployment with the British Army as they withdraw from Afghanistan. Produced in-house by BBC Drama, filming took place in South Africa and the UK in spring 2014.
